Creating Emails
ProMailor allows you the freedom to create a HTML or text emails in any third party applications such as DreamWeaver, FrontPage, etc and upload it. ProMailor will manage all links and graphics. However ProMailor features a powerful and easy to use online email creator. With this you can add graphics, links to web sites, email replies, documents and special ProMailor tags to personalise your emails.

Sending Emails
By default ProMailor batches the sending of all emails. This allows you to send in a much more controlled fashion. For example, if you are sending the same email to a list of 1,000 customers, it can be scheduled to commence at any point in the future and send a batch amount from the list to recur at a set period until the list is completed. At any point during this process you can pause or stop the process.

Reporting
One of the major benefits of email marketing is the ability to report back on the effectiveness of the campaign. With ProMailor, as each mailshot is sent out, a report is generated and this report is consistently being updated throughout the life of the campaign. ProMailor reports on: Sent, Viewed, Bounced and Opt-out (unsubscribe). Each of the many factors that ProMailor reports on in a campaign can be further analysed including creating sub-lists.

Managing Opt-in / Opt-out
The success of permission based marketing requires user friendly Opt-in / Opt-out management. ProMailor has comprehensive customisation and configuration facilities for implementing this. Users can, for example, opt-out of their current list but choose to opt-in to any number of other lists that you have made available for them.

Multi-user Management
ProMailor is a fully featured multi-user system, allowing the administrator to set up any number of other “day to day” users of the system. All users can have a comprehensive set of privileges applied to their account to define what they can and cannot do.
